Tai Chi Fast Form Class

Friday 4th July at 6.30pm - 8pm at St John’s Church Hall Chichester, West Sussex

Intermediate level Tai Chi. The Fast Form class is suitable for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Tai Chi applications and to improve their physical fitness.

Golden Flower Summer Workshop led by Tricia & Martin Pomroy

Saturday 26th July 2008 at Bosham Village Hall, Bosham, Nr Chichester, West Sussex from 10.00am – 1.15pm

Open to all levels and will include Golden Flower Tai Chi Form. Ba Dua Jin (8 treasures) Suitable for all levels, Tai Chi walking and Qi Gong. This will be an inspiring & rejuvenating workshop.
